Numeric selective protection device for dc connection (ZPT-001)

The numeric selective protection device is used for operation with DC automatic unit, equipped with an independent release. The protection device provides:

• DC automatic unit disconnection in case of short circuit current during the preset dwell time;

• DC automatic unit disconnection in case of overload current;

• full test of protection device and disconnection circuit, faults indication on LED display;

• monitoring of automatic unit interlock contacts position;

• indication of protection actuation;

• recording of value and duration of overcurrents disconnected by the protection device;

• data transmission to an upper-level device using RS485 interface (MODBUS RTU protocol).
