Goals

Company objectives in the sphere of quality and labor safety are as follows:

• Ensure degree of customer’s satisfaction by Company products at a level not lower than in the previous year.
• Ensure due delivery of proper quality materials by means of procurement activities improvement.
• Provide adequate salaries for Company employees (as compared to salaries provided for similar qualification employees of other Belarus companies).
• Provide increase of total shareholder returns as compared to previous year.
• Promote companies located in areas where the Company has its affiliates.
• Reduce high-category risks through purchasing and use of safe equipment and materials.
• Eliminate workplace injuries through the fault of the Company due to adverse working conditions.
