в. Short description:

The purpose of the project is manufacturing and sale of membrane panels for heat surfaces for localization of boiler units’ production on the local types of fuel during the building of Co-generation plant in the Republic of Belarus.

А2.Project on track:

Site for the production of membrane panels will be located on the territory of the existing production building of branch “Energozapchast” of JSC «Belenergoremnaladka». There is no need to receive permission for building work. For the implementation of the project the investor is being searched for.

А4. Description of the project (approaches, tasks, components, results and so on):

The investment project involves creation of production and sale of boiler membrane panels; the production line includes steel strip uncoiler, installation of mechanized calibration and strip flattening, shot blast cleaning (rotoblast) installation of a strip, tube, portal machine for assembling and fixation of tube elements, welding and moving of the panel, installation for automatic welding of membrane panels between each other, panel bending installation. Project implementation period – 2 years.

А5. Prerequisites / history / common program / similar and connected projects:

The production localization program for building of Co-generation plant on the local types of fuel in 2011-2015 is accepted in the Republic of Belarus.

JSC “Belenergoremnaladka” is a main organization in the Belarusian energy system specializing in boilers and pipelines for steam and hot water. The company has sufficient manufacturing facilities, qualified specialists and workers, technological process, equipment and special accessories for the production of boiler heat surfaces, excluding heating panels.

The company is certified as a manufacturer of the pressure equipment corresponding to the requirements of the Directive 97/23/EU.

The development laboratory has modern computer equipment and software where it is possible to make difficult calculations and adapt foreign construction documentation to the requirements of the republican technical normative legal acts.

The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus ordered to organize the production of membrane panels to JSC “Belenergoremnaladka” to increase the level of localization of boiler production on the local types of fuel.

There is no analogue production in the Republic of Belarus.
